At Clutch KickZz, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Our goal is to make sure you're always stepping out in style with the perfect pair of shoes. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:

1. Returns

• Eligibility: You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them.

• Condition: Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please ensure the shoes are in their original box and haven’t been scuffed or damaged.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used, worn, or personalized items, including socks or insoles.

2. Exchanges

• Size Swap: If your shoes don't fit or you want to try a different style, we offer exchanges on items that meet our return criteria. Simply send back the original pair, and we’ll help you get the right size or style!

• Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size or color is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the returned item.

3. Refunds

• Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. How to Return/Exchange

• Step 1: Contact our customer service team at Clutch.KickZzUSA@gmail.com or via our website’s contact form to initiate the return/exchange.

• Step 2: After receiving a return authorization, pack your shoes securely in the original box and ship them back to us at the provided address.

• Step 3: We’ll handle the rest! If you’re exchanging, we’ll send your new pair as soon as the return is processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the order) for a free return and full refund.
