I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
No worries! If you’re unable to select your size, it might mean that the size is currently out of stock. We know that’s frustrating, but don’t fret—we’re constantly updating our inventory, so it’s worth checking back soon for restocks.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Great question! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your sneakers as they make their way to you. If you haven’t received a tracking number yet, your order is likely still being prepared for shipment.

Part of my order is missing
